At Full Council (21 Nov) Lib Dem-run Sutton Council declared a “Public Services Emergency” following Chancellor Jeremy Hunt’s Autumn budget.

Bobby lives just off Green Wrythe Lane in Carshalton with his wife Gemma and dog Chester.
He was raised on a council estate, the son of a cleaner and a scaffolder, and now runs his own small business advising charities tackling global poverty.
