Richard knows what it takes to fight for our area. He set up a small business in Sutton. He is raising his family here.

Only the Liberal Democrats can beat the Conservatives in Sutton Central
Elections in Sutton are between the Lib Dem team and the Conservatives.
The Lib Dems are fighting for a brighter future for everyone in our borough, and we have made great progress so far. But the Conservatives would undo it all in a heartbeat.
We are making our streets safer and cleaner, delivering the investment our area deserves and fighting the Government’s misguided tax hikes.
Meanwhile the Conservatives have no plan for our area's future at all.
In Sutton, many Labour and Green voters back the Lib Dems as the only party who can beat the Conservatives and stop them wrecking our borough’s future.

Richard's Story
Richard's story is a testament to our borough.
He came to Sutton from Hong Kong in 2008 for work, and has never left. He and his wife are raising their three children here.
In his professional life, he designs electronic parts for smartphones, and also has his own businesses which produce, among other things, child-safe car seats.
He believes in giving back to the community that has offered him and his family opportunity and security, and so has been involved in volunteering in the community for years, acting both as a school governor and member of the Safer Neighbourhoods Board.
He is a leading figure in Sutton's Hong Konger community, helping families integrate upon their arrival in Sutton, supporting them with housing needs and ensuring they know how to get involved with volunteering action locally - which has seen a huge uptick in the number of Hong Kong families involved in running great community events and local groups, helping to keep our community strong.
Richard is a real Sutton success story - and proves that Sutton can be a great place to live, do business, and raise a family. He wants to continue the great work Sutton's Lib Dem Council is doing to keep building a brighter future for our borough, and is perfectly placed to serve as our next local councillor.
