Jenna and Luni
Cllr Jenna Hartley-Smith and Cllr Luni Sabharwal are your Liberal Democrat Councillors in Worcester Park South. They were first elected in 2026.
Together, they are fighting hard for the community and delivering on your priorities. They back the hard work the local Lib Dem council and Luke Taylor MP have been doing to secure new investment in our high streets, keep our borough one of the safest places to live in the country and make sure that help is available to families struggling with the cost of living crisis.
They are on hand to tackle any concerns you might have about issues the local council is responsible for in your local area.
Jenna lives in Worcester Park with her husband and their two daughters, who attend local schools. A trained bioengineer, she now works for the NHS, bringing both scientific expertise and a strong sense of care to everything she does.
Jenna is passionate about helping Worcester Park thrive, from supporting our high street to protecting and enhancing our green spaces and playgrounds. She understands why so many families choose to make Worcester Park their home, and she’s committed to making sure it remains a wonderful place to live, grow and belong.
Outside of work, Jenna is an active member of the community. You’ll often find her at Bemore Studio in North Cheam or playing volleyball in Epsom. Jenna has a strong appreciation for nature, nine years ago she planted the rings of daffodil bulbs on the green between Sandringham Road and Lynwood Drive, which continue to brighten the area each spring.
Luni lives in Sutton with her husband and young son, who has attended three local schools across the borough. As a former PTA Co-Chair, she knows firsthand what it takes to support schools and the real pressures facing families - from keeping children safe on local roads to accessing timely healthcare.
Luni works for a local social enterprise connecting young people with international volunteering and internship opportunities. Her passion for education and opportunity is rooted in a career in which she has held global roles across marketing, training and operations. She brings both international experience and a strong commitment to social impact and local issues.
Living in a multicultural household, Luni is actively engaged with local community networks and is passionate about representation, inclusion and ensuring all voices are heard in local decision-making. She is priority-focused on the issues she hears from residents and parents every day like improving road safety, strengthening children’s welfare and securing better NHS services - particularly paediatric care, which she knows remains a real concern for many local families.
