Cllr Joicy Joseph
Cllr Joicy Joseph is your Liberal Democrat Councillor in St Helier West. She was first elected in 2026.
She is fighting hard for the community and delivering on your priorities. Recently, the Lib Dem team have secured improvements to St Helier Open Space, helped St Helier Hospital staff get a fair pay deal and brought forward measures to clear abandoned vehicles from residential roads. They have worked with the police to increase local patrols and keep our area one of the safest in London.
She is on hand to tackle any concerns you might have about issues the local council is responsible for in your local area.
Joicy is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a company that provides services to commercial businesses and she is actively involved in the local community.
She volunteers for several educational charities, has helped raise money for a children’s hospital, and regularly takes part in local park clean-ups. Joicy lives locally with her family and is passionate about creating opportunities for others.
